How to Manage My Subscription

This article will be useful if you purchased a LoadHunter subscription for 2 or more accounts.


1. Inviting a User to Your Subscription

You can invite other users to share your subscription. The number of users depends on your plan.

  • Go to the Profile page.

  • Click Add Account and enter the user’s email.

  • Once the invitation is accepted, the user gets guest access to your subscription.


2. Removing a User from Your Subscription

You can remove users at any time. After removal, a free slot becomes available.

  • Go to the Profile page.

  • Find the user in the list.

  • Click the Delete icon next to their name.


3. Upgrade/Downgrade Your Subscription

You can change your plan or manage billing.

  • Go to the Profile page.

  • Click Manage Subscription to open the Customer Portal.

  • In the Customer Portal, you can:

    • Change your billing method.

    • Upgrade or downgrade your plan.

    • If downgrading, select users to remove if slots are fully used.

    • Cancel subscription renewal (the plan will stay active until the end of the billing cycle).


4. What Happens if a Subscription Payment Is Missed?

  • If payment fails, subscription status becomes Unpaid.

  • All extension features are disabled until the payment is completed.
