Connect your Email account

How to Connect My Email Account

To use LoadHunter's 1-Click Email and Auto Send Email features, you need to connect your email account. Go to Emails and Templates page and click Add Email to start.

1. Connect via Gmail

  • Follow the prompts to log in to your Gmail account.

  • You must grant LoadHunter permission to send emails on your behalf.

  • This enables the 1-Click Email and Auto Send Email features.

2. Connect via Outlook

  • Follow the Outlook login and authorization steps.

  • Once connected, you can use LoadHunter with your Outlook email account.

3. Connect via SMTP

  • Select your email provider from the provided list.

  • Fill in the required fields: Username, Password, Server Host, Port.

  • Click Connect to finish setup.

How to Know If Your Email is Connected

Next to each email, you will see its status:

  • Verified – The email is correctly connected and works.

  • Verify – LoadHunter lost access to this email; you need to reconnect it.

  • Connect – This email provider has not been connected yet; complete the setup to start using it.
