VoIP Integration (1-Click SMS & Calls)
With VoIP Integration, you can send SMS or call brokers directly from your Load Board in just one click. Currently, LoadHunter supports integration with RingCentral.
How to Connect VoIP
Open LoadHunter popup in the top right corner of your browser
Go to the VoIP tab inside the extension.
Authorize Your VoIP Service
Select RingCentral.
Complete the authorization process.
Choose Your Phone Number
After authorization, pick the number you want to use from the dropdown.
If your account has multiple numbers, select the one for SMS and calls.
1-Click SMS
Set your SMS template with dynamic variables (e.g.,
{{origin}},{{destination}}).Open your Load Board (DAT, Truckstop, TruckSmarter).
Find the broker’s phone number and click the SMS icon.
LoadHunter will send your customized SMS instantly.
1-Click Call
On the Load Board, locate the broker’s phone number.
Click the Call icon next to it.
LoadHunter will dial the broker directly through your connected RingCentral account.
✅ That’s it! You’ve successfully enabled VoIP Integration. Now you can handle both SMS and calls directly from the Load Board with just one click.
