Auto Emailing Feature
The Auto-Emailing feature lets you send emails automatically for loads that match your specific criteria. This saves time and ensures you never miss a good load.
How It Works
Open Your Load Board
Go to your active search on DAT or Truckstop.
Set Criteria
Open the Auto-Emailing panel inside the LoadHunter extension.
Specify filters such as Rate, RPM, Trip distance, and others.
Example: Only send emails if RPM > 2.5 and trip < 800 miles.
Enable Auto-Emails
Switch Auto-Emailing ON.
A green indicator will appear on the search tab confirming it’s active.
What Happens Next
LoadHunter automatically sends emails for all new loads that match your criteria.
Duplicates and re-posted loads are automatically excluded.
You can disable Auto-Emailing at any time from the same panel.
✅ That’s it — Auto-Emailing is now running. LoadHunter works in the background and keeps your inbox filled with relevant loads only.
