Create Email Template
Creating an email template in LoadHunter allows you to quickly send personalized messages to brokers on any LoadBoard.
1. Go to Templates Dashboard
Go to Emails and Templates page.
Click Add Template.
2. Create Your Template
In the pop-up window:
Select Email — choose the email account you want to send this template from.
Subject — set the email title.
Body — write the message content.
You can use dynamic variables like {{origin}}, {{destination}}, {{rate}} and others.
They will automatically be replaced with real data from the LoadBoard.
3. Configure Defaults on Your Load Board
Go to your Load Board (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
In the LoadHunter extension header, set:
Default Email
Default Template
You can easily switch between multiple emails and templates.
In Search Templates (optional)
If the In Search Templates feature is enabled, you can customize specific Searches with unique email addresses and templates for more flexibility.
4. Start Sending Emails
Once saved, your template is ready to use with:
1-Click Email
Auto Send Email
Now every email will be personalized with the load data from your board.
