Why LoadHunter Is Not Working
If you have downloaded LoadHunter but it is not working or showing any changes on your Load Board (DAT, Truckstop, TruckSmarter), follow these steps to fix the issue:
1. Pin the Extension to Your Toolbar
Click the puzzle icon in the top-right corner of your browser.
Find LoadHunter in the list and click the pin icon to keep it visible on your toolbar.
2. Update LoadHunter to the Latest Version
Open your browser’s extension manager (type
chrome://extensionsin the address bar).Enable Developer Mode (toggle in the top-right corner).
Click the Update button to install the latest version of LoadHunter.
3. Ensure You Are Logged In
Click the LoadHunter icon on your toolbar.
If not logged in, select your preferred login provider and complete the authorization process.
4. Check the Settings
Open the LoadHunter extension.
Go to the Settings tab.
Verify that all the features you need are enabled.
5. Refresh Your Load Board Page
Go back to your Load Board (DAT, Truckstop, TruckSmarter).
Press F5 to refresh the page and reload LoadHunter.
6. External Possible Reasons
6.1 Browser Version
Make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome. An outdated browser may cause LoadHunter to malfunction.
6.2 VPN Interference
VPN extensions can interfere between LoadHunter extension and LoadBoards integration and break extension functionality. Disable your VPN and check again.
6.3 Conflicting Extensions
Other extensions that modify DAT or Truckstop may interfere with LoadHunter. If you rely on such tools, let us know—we may add their features directly into LoadHunter.
6.4 Unstable Internet Connection
A slow or unstable internet connection can stop LoadHunter from initializing. Ensure you have a stable network before using LoadHunter.
